It's a whole production along with what sounds like a group of musicians, all personalized to him. Dylan's been to a couple concerts where the local bands would shout him out on his birthday and play a song in his honor. But that was always something they had written and wasn't personalized in any way. Jaskier has gone above and beyond...and it's honestly the coolest thing anyone has ever done for him.
